Kyogle Family Support is an agency for Centrelink and Medicare.

 

Located on the first floor of our office

Open between 9am - 1.00pm Monday - Friday.

The agency provides an online connection to use centrelink and medicare services. You can also fax documents to centrelink, print from your online account and also ask for medicare paper based claim forms.

If you have not yet created an online account, you can ask one of our agency staff to assist you in setting up your account.

With your online account you can access a range of the following actions, depending on your level of access.

 

myGov

  • create your myGov account

  • link your other online accounts to your myGov account

 

Centrelink Account:

  • submit documents online

  • claim youth allowance

  • report your employment income

  • apply for an advance payment

  • update your address or accommodation details

  • request a document or replacement concession card

  • update your study details

  • update you family income estimate

  • manage your centrepay payments online

  • change your payment destination

  • view and transfer or recall funds to your BasicsCard

  • view your centrlink letters online

 

Medicare Account

  • lodge a medicare claim for services

  • request a replacement or dublicate medicare card

  • update your banking details

  • update your personal details

  • view your childs immunisation history

 

Child Support Account

  • update your personal details

  • update your banking details

  • advise of a change of care arrangement

  • lodge a non-agency payment

  • supply an income estimate

 

eHealth

  • register for an eHealth record
